 We are a small family owned company doing all production in house. As a result, our shipping times may be slower than mega corporations like Amazon. We do our best to get your orders shipped out as fast as we can - we know you want your order ASAP and we want to get it to you ASAP!

Our goal is to process all orders in 3-7 business days depending on order size or needed customizations. Because we do all production in house, It could sometimes will take longer than this depending on many factors.

SHIPPING METHODS -

All delivery times are estimated, and due to the delays that are out of our control we do not guarantee any specific delivery time regardless of method used.

USPS Standard/First Class Shipping

Once we make and process the order and the USPS Picks it up, on average it will take 3-7 business days in transit to get to you.

USPS Priority Mail with expedited processing

Once we make and process the order and the USPS Picks it up, on average will take 3 business days in transit to get to you.

UPS Ground

Once we make and process the order and UPS picks it up, on average will take 1-3 business days in transit to get to you. Depending on your geographic location.

How do I order a custom hat?

Please text our customer service team for custom orders. Please include design, hat type/color, quantity (no minimum qty) and any other additional infomation or questions you may have. 470-469-6001

How do I understand the sizing chart photo?

The sizing chart photo shows the size of the hat on the last 2 snaps. The correct measurement is read on the outside of the metal sizing ring.

What services do you offer in house?

Embroidery, laser cutting leather, hand dying, cutting and sewing patches/cords/ropes, DTG printing, sublimation printing and laser cutting wood projects and MORE to come! We put alot of pride, time and energy into doing the best we can!

We are so sorry about that! Things get a little crazy sometimes. We will make sure you get what you paid for.
